The 2nd International Conference on Image, Signal Processing and Communication Technology (ISPCT 2025), hosted by Hohai University, was successfully held from December 5 to 7, 2025, in Changzhou, China. The conference gathered over 500 experts and scholars from around the world in the fields of image processing, signal processing, and communication technology to engage in in-depth exchanges and discussions on cutting-edge advancements, innovative trends, and industrial applications in these disciplines.

2025年12月5日至7日，由河海大学主办的第二届图像、信号处理与通信技术国际学术会议（ISPCT 2025）在中国常州圆满举行。本届大会汇聚了来自全球图像、信号处理与通信技术领域的专家学者逾500人，共同围绕学科前沿进展、创新趋势与产业应用展开深入交流与研讨。

During the conference, participants engaged in extensive and thorough dialogues on the latest research findings, key technological breakthroughs, and future development paths in image processing, signal processing, and communication technology through keynote speeches, parallel session discussions, and other formats. This conference not only promoted the exchange and integration of academic ideas but also further strengthened the collaborative interaction between academia and industry, providing an important platform for industry-university-research cooperation in relevant fields.

会议期间，与会嘉宾通过专题报告、分会场讨论等多种形式，就图像处理、信号处理与通信技术的最新研究成果、关键技术突破及未来发展路径进行了广泛而充分的对话。本次会议不仅推动了学术思想的碰撞与融合，也进一步增强了学术界与产业界之间的协同互动，为相关领域的产学研合作搭建了重要平台。

Researcher Qianqi Yin, a member of the Party Committee Standing Committee of Hohai University and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Changzhou Campus, delivered the opening speech on behalf of Hohai University and the organizing committee, extending a warm welcome to all participants. In his speech, he expressed the hope that through sincere and in-depth academic dialogues and efficient, pragmatic cooperation at this conference, new significant breakthroughs could be jointly achieved in both theoretical exploration and engineering applications in the fields of image processing, signal processing, and communication technology. The conference was chaired by Professor Guangjie Han, Dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering at Hohai University.

The conference invited five leading experts in the field to deliver keynote speeches: Professor Kun Yang from Nanjing University (national high-level talent, Academician of the European Academy of Sciences, IEEE/IET/BCS Fellow), Professor Xingyi Zhang from Anhui University (national young talent, IEEE Fellow), Professor Jiguo Yu from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (IEEE Fellow), Professor Guan Gui from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (IEEE/IET Fellow), and Professor Liang Xiao from Xiamen University (national high-level talent, IEEE Fellow).

大会邀请南京大学杨鲲教授（国家级高层次人才，欧洲科学院院士，IEEE/IET/BCS Fellow）、安徽大学张兴义教授（国家级青年人才，IEEE Fellow）、电子科技大学禹继国教授（IEEE Fellow）、南京邮电大学桂冠教授（IEEE/IET Fellow)、厦门大学肖亮教授（国家级高层次人才，IEEE Fellow）等五位领域领军专家作大会报告。

The conference also invited Professor Yuanguo Bi, Associate Dean of the National School of Excellence in Engineering at Northeastern University, and Professor Liang Zhao, Dean of the School of Computer Science at Shenyang Aerospace University, to deliver invited talks sharing their latest research achievements. Two scholars from China Agricultural University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics respectively presented oral reports. The parallel sessions were chaired by Associate Professor Chuan Lin from Northeastern University.

会议还邀请了东北大学国家卓越工程师学院副院长毕远国教授、沈阳航空航天大学计算机学院院长赵亮教授作特邀报告，分享最新研究成果。来自中国农业大学及南京航空航天大学的两位学者作口头报告。分会场由东北大学林川副教授主持。
